Our consultations are analytical and educational in character relative to market reaction patterns. We do not provide discretionary investment management, brokerage, or personalised investment recommendations unless a separate written mandate expressly states otherwise. Engagements
Paid consultations are governed by an engagement confirmation or letter stating scope, fees, window dates, and deliverables. Where these Terms conflict with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that booking.
Intellectual property
Briefing packs, maps, notes, and website materials remain the intellectual property of Apikernel Path unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use deliverables internally for your own portfolio work. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute them without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apikernel Path is not liable for investment losses, trading decisions, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from consultations, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false contact details. Automated scraping beyond ordinary indexing is not permitted without consent.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
