Earnings Season Reaction Briefing
A prepared reading of how your priority names tend to trade before, into, and after earnings — with live coverage when the numbers land.
Who it is for
Portfolio managers, private wealth desks, and serious private investors who already know their names — but want a disciplined view of how those names usually react when earnings arrive.
What you receive
- A calendar map of reporting dates against your holdings and close peers
- Short historical reaction notes: typical gap behaviour, volume spikes, peer spill, and recovery windows
- A live briefing call before the densest cluster in your window
- Same-day or next-morning commentary when a print breaks its usual path
What is not included
We do not place trades, manage capital, or issue buy/sell recommendations. We do not provide tax advice. Coverage is limited to the names and markets agreed in the engagement letter.
Process
- Intake — you share the watchlist, benchmarks, and any hard constraints (liquidity, mandate language, reporting deadlines).
- Mapping — we align the list with the upcoming reporting calendar and flag clustering risk.
- Pattern notes — we write the reaction brief for priority names and sector neighbours.
- Live window — we stay available for a focused call when a print diverges from pattern.
Preparation from your side
A clean holdings or watchlist file, preferred currency and market hours, and a named contact who can join a short call during UK morning hours.
Constraints
Coverage depth scales with list size. A list of eight priority names receives fuller notes than a list of thirty. Multi-market windows spanning Asia open through US close require an agreed coverage schedule.
Next step
Request a briefing with your next earnings window and a short list of names. We reply within one business day with a proposed scope.
