Preparing a private watchlist for a US-heavy season
Evening prints, thin UK staffing, and five names that actually deserve a reaction card.
US reporting weeks ask UK-based investors to stay alert after ordinary office hours. Ambition expands the watchlist; stamina shrinks it again by Wednesday.
We ask private clients to mark five priority names before we write any reaction cards. Everything else can sit on an observe list. Coverage hours are agreed in writing: for example, two evenings in a peak week, not “whenever something happens.”

The goal is not overnight heroics. It is a calm note waiting in the morning that says whether the print sat inside pattern — and whether a debrief is warranted.
