Overlapping report dates are ordinary. What is less ordinary is pretending your team can give three correlated names equal attention between breakfast and the US open.

We start every pre-season map by counting how many of your priority holdings print inside the same forty-eight hours. If the count is high, something has to give: either the priority list shrinks, or you pre-assign which name gets the live debrief slot.

A practical split

  • Primary — full reaction card and reserved call time
  • Secondary — written pattern note only
  • Observe — calendar awareness without live coverage

Clients sometimes resist the “observe” label. During a dense week it is the difference between a coherent briefing and a pile of half-finished comments.
